Came in to see when I could get appointment to have my car inspected. They did it on the spot. Was done in less than 30 minutes plus car was washed.

MR. BERNIE FIGUEROA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT ME UPTO DATE ON MY SERVICE. THE SERVICE I RECIEVED WAS EXCELLENT.

The check in advisor was super nice and friendly. The wait time was short so service was fast. Much appreciated. I asked them not to wash the truck, it was already clean, however, the top of the front grill had greasy handprints all over it and a black handprint on the hood. I wish service would have cleaned up behind themselves.

The staff there is so awesome and very helpful. The team there is very helpful and trustworthy and dependable. They gave me another option on how to pay the service bill that was over 4,000 dollars. So I was approved for the GM rewards credit card; that I might add is a win,win. They made sure I had a courtesy vehicle so I could get back and forth to work. They called and left a voicemail when they were done. Long story short they are one of; if not the best dealerships around. There’s a lot of stuff I can brag on them about; but I don’t want you all to be reading a book and going past or into your lunch time reading. They make me want to purchase a whole new vehicle; to be continued.

Very easy to work with. The deal was made over the phone in minutes with only having to speak with one person. They did exactly what the said they would do.

Everything was great. Very professional and respectful. Everything was explained in detail and answered all questions, never rushing. I felt very comfortable talking with all members of the sales team.

The service itself was fine. The service help was not so great. We had a $10 off email that we gave to the person when we checked in. After my husband picked up the truck, I looked at the invoice and they did not give us the $10 credit that we were supposed to have.

Always a good process

Our 2026 Chevrolet Colorado gave a dashboard message that the antilock braking system needed service. I was able to schedule it for the next day, and we took it in for them to do a diagnostic. The diagnostic indicated what needed to be done, we were worked in the next day, and back on the road as good as new. It was a longer job, so we were transported home so we wouldn't have to wait. Full service dealership!

Tyler was very professional and helped me a lot with my trades and truck purchase.

I made it across town and noticed 2 screws on the floor board. I had to call and return back and upon arrival the entrance bay tech didn't know where the screws went and once the tech who performed the service came with no sense of urgency. Yes it took about 10 mins for the correction but this backtracking added an additional hour to this taskm

I was in town looking at a used truck elsewhere. Your service dept was able to get me an appointment and highlighted a major issue with the vehicle we were conspidering. I appreciated that the techs brought be to the bay and pointed out their concern. They answered my follow-up questions clearly and were candid in their responses. Thanks to their findings I choose to look at other vehicles.

Always take my vehicles there for servicing due to their experiance and quickness.

I take my truck to Wilkinson because they go above and beyond and I always feel like they have my best interests in mind. Just got four new tires and an alignment and they manages to fall 200 dollars below the quote. Saving money always makes me feel good.

Evan was excellent to work with. He listened intently, shared recent similar experience with my issue and what has been the usual fix (software update). He provided a good summary of the completed work. I felt valued and taken care of.

The over all work that was done 5 stars. The mechanic fixed the problem and had me back on the road in a timely manner, but Bernie sale rep behind the counter was rude and had sarcastic/rude comments to make when he called me back to tell what I needed done on my truck also when I came in to pick up my vehicle he had more sarcastic/rude comments. I believe Bernie would benefit from taking a customer service course of some type and it would make him a better person. I hope this finds the rights hands to guide Bernie on the right path. Thanks for everything you guys do at Wilkerson.

Had check engine light on and had oil changed. I live about 5 miles from dealership. On the way there the engine oil light came on and the alarm started pinging. The oil pressure gauge went to zero. At the dealership I got in line and turned engine off. After about 10 minutes I cranked engine to move into the check in bay. The oil light and alarm ping was off but started back as I pulled into the bay. I turned engine off. The service agent checked me in and I explained all the above problems. Also explained that having occasional hard starting problems. Picked up truck next day and drove home everything fine. Drove about 15 miles next day noticed a little hesitation when first cranked. Next day tried to crank three times and failed. Drove another vehicle. Next day tried again and cranked on second try. Let run about 10 minutes turned off and started again with no hesitation. That afternoon tried with remote start,engine turned over but failed to start. The check engine light has not come back on but I am not driving truck because l am afraid it won’t start and leave me stranded. Sorry about the long winded reply but not sure where to go from here.

Everything went well. I got a few other things taken care of while I was there, including a quote for a missing hub cap on my wife's car. It isn't nearly as expensive as I feared, and i will probably have the part ordered. It was also relatively fast, given the weather (just after our second snow of the season). I feared the dealer might not be open, or that I would have trouble getting there, but neither was the case.

Hands down the best car buying experience at Wilkinson gmc in Sanford! Our sales person, Dillon, was outstanding. The Salesman Nick was very responsive and helpful, he was knowledgeable and polite. There was a problem with the infotainment screen not coming up which meant no electronics worked but Nick had it looked at immediately. Cameron in finance was also really nice and professional. First spoke to Alissa Clarke who worked through her manager to get a deal together. Cameron Doods, F&I gave me quotes on the additional warranty and service contracts. Deal was made pretty quick. Vehicle ws ready when we arrived. Fortunately all the docs were prepared and ready for signature. Tyler Fixl handled the delivery. Very smooth. Very nice folks. Still a mystery why it takes so long and so much paper to buy a car. As I said, fortunately all the docs were ready to sign. Staff did a great job.

I just recently looked at the video sent to me about my service. In the video the tech stated I have an engine leak but it is not on my paperwork and the young lady did not say anything about it when she told me my vehicle was ready.
